Claiming Warranty for Your Mona B Product
We stand by the quality of our products! If you receive a damaged item or experience metal zipper rusting within 6 months of purchase, you can claim a warranty. Simply email customersupport@monabindia.com with your order details and product photos, and our team will assist you.

Warranty Does NOT Cover:
Damage due to detergent or machine wash – Always follow care instructions to maintain product quality.
Extreme wear and tear – Our products are durable, but excessive strain or improper use isn't covered.
